When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the subject and your message. We use this information only to answer your question and, if you wish, to make an appointment with you.

On what basis

We process your data because you ask us to get in touch (to handle your request).

Who receives your data

Your message is stored in our records in Notion. The website runs on a server from Hostinger. These parties only process your data to provide these services. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep your data

We keep your message no longer than needed to handle your question. After that we delete it from Notion.

Cookies and statistics

This website doesn’t use cookies for statistics or advertising and doesn’t load third-party tracking scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, email almidra@outlook.com. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
